I find it amusing that prior to this hoax debacle most of the analysts on both espn and the nfl network were calling Te'o a top ten pick. Now all of the sudden he's not 1st round material? And that's all because he may or may not have been a participant in a hoax that only hurt him in the end?


He deserves to be picked in the first round because of his accomplishments on the field. His love life shouldn't be a factor in his draft value.

Not everyone thought that he was a top ten pick to begin with. USC fans understand how ILB's can be overrated pre-draft, even if you're only considering their play on the field.
