Just read that McCoy is going to have a policy about players and twitter. He seems a lot more stricter than Norv.

Rivers talks about the team being hungry and angry. I just see them in the hospital ward.......again. let's start the season right now cuz another two preseason games will IR another two starters.
I had brought the need to change strength and conditioning staff many times. I am glad the new Mgmt has finally done so. That alone puts us back in contention I believe. We have new leadership and its going to be a long time till September. Can't wait to see the new look Bolts.....in condition this time!

So how exactly does a strength and conditioning coach prep players so their bones don't break?

I like this idea.... On a side note regarding twitter have you guys heard about Titus Young's tweets? He said he wasn't disobeying the team just lining up where the ball was going!!!

I know we don't have Titus Young on our team but I don't think this supposed policy could possibly be a bad thing for the state of the team.

People will still complain about injuries, its not just the Chargers that get injured players all the time. Players get injured no matter who the coach is.

Compound/complex free weights are definitely a risk factor for injuries in the weight room, but they are also the most natural form of weight lifting and generally give the best results across the entire body. Not sure how this factors into gameday though.

I like him. Favorite hire so far.
