Should The Chargers Replace Rivers With Alex Smith If Available?

Maybe if we moved Rivers to LT, Smith could come in to play QB. Rivers would provide a huge upgrade at LT.

I'm one of the few people on the CMB who thinks Rivers is finished, and I think this question is absurd. Smith is a system QB, nothing more nothing less. Rivers maybe a broken shadow of his former self, but that broken shadow is still better than Alex Smith.
