I agree. "Innocent" has no applicability to this situation.

Three guys kill a couple of guys. Point fingers at each other. Of course it's hard to prove who just hit them, and who had a knife in their hand. All three should be guilty.

I have read a lot of materials that show how the police and the DA's botched the prosecution horribly. I'm not sure how this can be argued -- in fact, the proof is in the pudding. NOBODY was found guilty of the murder itself, even though it was easily proven as to who the three individuals were that assaulted the victims.

There are ways to deal with this type of situation, but only if the DA on the case has a brain, and the investigating cops have brains. This is further muddled when one of the defendants has a) celebrity status; and b) enough money to throw the family's way so they back off.

It's nice to see a Super Bowl when you believe it's a match up of the two best teams in football.

Before the season I predicted the 49ers would win the NFC and Ravens the AFC.

Of course, two years ago I predicted the Ravens would be the AFC and Super Bowl winner. That didn't exactly work out. And before last season I thought the Ravens would win it

So this year it would not surprise me if the Ravens win the Super Bowl - they are overdue - but I believe the 49ers will win.
