At this point all the mocks are pretty funny. Once free agency starts that's when it starts to look better

And that's the bottom line. If, perchance we were to sign Albert...not saying we will, or that KC won't sign or franchise him...but if we do, then you can cross OT off our list for our 1st pick. Then it will be either Warmack, or a rush OLB if one is there.

I think it could. I believe Milliner will drop fast by the time the draft rolls around. He's too limited as a CB. That mock has the Fins taking him, and then Rhodes goes one pick later. I think the Fins would take Rhodes, who in my estimation, if he runs a good 40, will easily surpass Milliner as the first CB taken. He's just a better CB when you put them on tape, and although he played for a good team, he didn't benefit by playing for Alabama like Milliner did. One thing I didn't like about that mock is Floyd isn't in the top 10, and I think he should be top 5.

Why not? O-line is probably the strongest position at the top of this draft.

Are you trying to make my day? Telling me great stories like that will do the job.

Honestly if somehow we sign Brandon Albert, 99% of Mocks will look bad. I cant wait until FA starts so we have a better perspective of what our Draft plan may be

I think Floyd has a really good chance of going top 10, not sure about top 5, but before our pick. If the Chiefs pass on Geno, then I think he has a really good chance of going top 10 too. Which still leaves some nice players dropping to us at 11. I would love to see Patterson jump into the top 10 talk as well. He seems to be the top WR on most boards now, and can really shine at the combine.
It might seem high but there are a lot of teams who need another stud WR, and Patterson could be put along side a WR like Calvin Johnson, or Larry Fitzgerald. Jets need massive help on offensive, and are too over the cap to afford to upgrade via free agency. Rex has publicly said they need to invest more in offense, and with their horrible cap siuation that investment might only come through the draft. The Bills need someone to compliment Stevie Johnson. The Browns need some offensive weapons for Weeden, as do the Titans for Locker. I know a lot of people will say that Patterson isn't worth a top 10 pick, but when you look at how much teams are paying no.1 wr's like Johnson/Fitz, and you know they are going to get doubled every game, then it is insane not to invest a high draft pick in a playmaker across the field from them.
