All that matters is what the NFL doctors say at the combine

I'd say he's more RB than blocking FB. I'm talking Bruce Miller/LoNeal types. ![]()

Maybe not necessarily in the clear, but at least he'll get paid. Final say will go to the team that drafts him.
"The nation's leader in sacks (14.5), tackles for a loss (24.5) and forced fumbles (seven), Jones got a favorable report from neck and spine specialist Dr. Craig Brigham, who's examining players at the combine, various teams told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Furthermore, while "multiple teams'' have eradicated Jones from their draft boards because of the stenosis, according to profootballtalk.com, Rob Rang of NFLdraftscout.com spoke to at least three clubs on Saturday that have cleared him."

I'm sure he'll be able to get it fixed w.e it is. Arian foster has heart problems too, and he's had a great career so far. Jus had a surgery though so hopefully it won't affect his performance but I'm with ya. Would hate to see anything happen to star.

I'd say , umm, no. He only played some HB in one season because of injuries and hasnt since and that was back in 2008.

I will say this, Jammer. I grew up on a dairy farm and I'm not that big. In school, there were guys twice my size who could bench press way more than I could and walked around pumping their biceps all the time. However, whenever one of them would come to my house and give me a hand with my chores or bale the hay, they didn't last long. The BP is way over-rated, IMO, except for the linemen who really need that sudden strength. Someone like Moore is more of a speed/instinct player, so I don't think it hurts that much for him. If you like him and draft him, then you can easily work on that if his attitude is there.

Quote:
An Echocardiogram I think is where they "x-ray" (for lack of a better word) the actual flow of blood through the heart. If this is the exam that caused concern, it could be a major issue. He could have calcium build up in his heart, giving him high blood pressure and poor circulation, etc... In other words, he could be a stroke/heart attack risk. IF that is the case, he might need a stint in his heart or even a bypass operation. Not good. He may be young, but he's a big guy. Hope he checks out ok.
