IMHO the 2012 Charger O-line (decimated by injuries/not enough quality depth?) was the main reason our season went up in flames.
It's gotta be extremely difficult and frustrating playing QB (or calling plays) with this makeshift O-line that's been more porous than not. I think Norv, Philip and Ryan M. would all look better on the O side of the football, "if" the O-line looked better. It seems an obvious area of need come draft time, without going overboard, as there are a few younger guys already here that might compete, step up, and/or contribute come next yr. A tough yr for Charger fans for sure .... and brutal for Philip, his teammates and coaches too. hoping for better Charger times ahead. Go Chargers! ![]() |

well for one I'm no OC but I would think that it would be a bad idea to game plan 5 and 7 step drops when the qb only has 2.5 seconds to get rid of the ball. Anyway it's not my job to find a way it's Norv's and Hal Hunter's job. They didn't change much though I get they didn't have much to work with.

@MoveTheSticks: 3 of the 4 most sacked QB's made the playoffs. 1-Rodgers 3-Dalton 4-Luck
Rivers was the 2nd most sacked. |
