After 15 career seasons of HCing and still a losing record overall, plus the last three straight mediocre seasons of no playoffs, Any box of rocks is an upgrade. Its a CMB fact.

I was leaning Bradley but I'm reasonably psyched to have McCoy here. He's a guy who's proven to be adaptable and will find something that works for our team.

How would anyone even begin to know that before he's even signed a contract? Most of us are just choosing not to decide he sucks before we see whether or not he sucks.

4 Hours Later: BOOOM

I'm excited. The news of the hiring settled and i am genuinely excited about the future of the team.

The are no more excuses. The new HC is an offense guy that is brought in to Fix our offense. The offseason will be spent fixing the Oline and we return a defense likely to get better.

I can't say that we will be super good, but i do think that the change will be good and help us get a lot closer to our team's potential. We may need 2 years for dominance, but our jump back to relevance will open some eyes.
