Default Steelers waive Alameda Ta'amu
Should be a decent pick up for the Raiders He is Practice squad eligible.
So sad to see such a promising rookie screw up his career due to lack of common sence.

The Steelers suspended him for two games.

Can the league still fine/suspend him over his arrest?

Something tells me that even if he gets picked up he wont be playing anytime soon. He is most likely jailbound for some time
