All the amount of the money in the world isn't going to bring Junior back. They want money. I love Junior, but he knew the risks of playing the game at such a high intensity. RIP Big guy.

In my mind (and I'm no attorney) this is about both product liability (equipment failure) and withholding of vital information in decision making (to play or not to play) .... both arguments feel like they're failed ... helmets were and are still being made to the best specifications possible and who doesn't know that playing the game of football doesn't carry with it the risk of injury ... of course this doesn't mean that anyone will get away without paying something in settlements without admitting liability.
