This is very true, but only if you can do it well.

To this point you can't say that TT has.

Really ?
There is so much emptiness and 20-20 hindsight on CMB.

Look across the league.
Buffalo. Tennessee. Miami. Dallas. Atlanta.
Different teams. Different methods. Different results.

David Sharpe may be the next Cordy Glenn.
He's available in round 3.
CMB has never heard of him.

Eye was flamed for suggesting Cam/Ryan at 7, for a list of reasons.
An alternative has been mocked.

Siragusa round 4.
The real reason Pumphrey set records.
Storm Norton round 6.
There is good pad level with a chance to grow.

Eye is considering all solutions.
Undertaking lots of research.
With an open mind.

Time for CMB to...
Get specific
And
Get after it.

Another aspect many havent considered is that we currently dont have an OL coach. I say we wait and see what direction that goes before we even have an idea of the types of linemen the Bolts want.

We have to assume Lynn hasnt had much say in drafts in the past being an RB coach.

But we can see what kind of OL Whis banged the table for as a HC? Add to that whoever our new OL coach will be and the types of guys he's coached and maybe we can find a formula that way. Round about but could be effective.

Pat Meyer.
Eye'm guessing that...
We will keep nearly everyone.
And that Feeney, Bolles, Elflein
Are not good scheme fits.
Looking at fatties.

It seem that we loose 75%+ of our draft picks by the end of their rookie contract. Maybe we should draft OL and DL early. At least they can be resigned cheap if they do not work out as a starter.

Played OL at Colo St- multiple positions
Strength & conditioning coach at several colleges incl. NC St & Philip Rivers
OL & OC at Colo St, CFL Alouettes
Asst OL coach Chicago Bears- worked with Slauson
Buffalo Bills operations consultant.- worked with HC Lynn
I'd guess from his record that strength & conditioning will be a must for his players.
