So, you want the RB we took in the 1st round to be a bust, so we can spend another high draft pick on a RB??

Me -- I'd rather Gordon turns out to be a total stud of a RB, since we've already spent a #1 pick on him, and all. (not saying I'm holding my breath, but I sure as heck would like to see it turn out that way).

Is one (Gordon being a bust) a requirement for the other (drafting another RB) ?

The RB class will be very strong next spring. Fournette, Perine, Cook, Freeman....just the top few, no particular order. All very worthy first round picks. They may all go first round, and it's been awhile since that's happened.

If we were to instead take a huge LT in the first followed by another in the 2nd, I'd be fine with that. I'd be quite happy with a huge DL in the 2nd or a safety. OT has to happen soon.

Also it's time to look at QB....PR isn't moving well....isn't getting any younger. Not saying next draft, but we should keep a look out. Please fix the OL first or don't bother

This team needs more Utah.

I'm just starting to take a glance at some of these tackles, and Roderick Johnson... woof. He is not good at football. He's on the ground a ton and has no power in his hands.

Conor McDermott on the other hand-- he's better than I was expecting. Looks very capable Vs. USC.

Ive always been bad at evaluating OTs. But I watch FSU everytime they play, live and again at home on TV...I've never thought Johnson was good at all, then I saw everyone mocking him next year in the top of the first, and I scratched my head, told myself Ill never understand OL evaluations, and moved on...

There is so much nuance to the lines that I don't understand very well, but some prospects make it easy. Roderick is one of them. I would bet his "stock" is way down when it matters.
