I'm assuming that you mean the OLB's? Not sure that you could really expect Brown or Toomer to play any better than they did.

Yes. An elite pass rusher.

Not really. Under Pagano, 2012-2015 we've been 23rd (of 32) once in 2013, 9th overall in 2012 & 2014.
Average rank: 15. Pretty average in fact.

Our worst stat was run D and we're 8th best currently.

I wouldn't argue against an "elite" rusher but our front seven are just getting started with two games as a group so far. We're tied at top 5 in sacks and getting better.

Yep. DB's are a concern, and the way Atlanta is passing the ball --- dayum the front better get consistent pressure.

-- Atlanta #1 passing team in NFL 2016

-- 12 TDs / 2 INTs

-- 69% Completion rate

-- Rating: 121.6

-- Yards per game: 348

In other words, buckle up, boys!

I never question Pags. He's not the one drafting new players and he's not the one calling for prevent game play.

And no, I don't think he is all of a sudden turning up the defense. I think, all of a sudden, we have good players on the field.

Another big shout out to Coach Pagano.

He confused and harassed Brick all day long. Created turnovers, and some big stops as well.

Nice work, Coach!

On defense, he probably is. Which I don't necessarily blame him for. It's good to play prevent at certain times of the game.
