I would like to see Tom make a bold move by letting Dunlap, Franklin and Fluker walk this off season. They were all pretty bad. We can generate the money to sign guys like Leary, Lang or Warford by letting those 3 walk and also boot Flowers and Stevie. They should be able to afford 2 of those 3 guys mentioned and still add Beachum. Priority should also be getting Tony Jefferson considering how awful our safety play was last season. Wish we signed him last year when he was cheaper.

Rivers can also restructure his contract to open up more cap $$.

What I would do:

Trade down and pick up an extra 2nd if possible. I'd also try and move down in 2nd for an extra 4th.

1. Malik McDowell DL - If you build it, sacks will come
2a. Budda Baker FS
2b. Curtis Samuel WR/RB
3. Sidney Jones CB
4a. Pat Elfein OG
4b. George Kittle TE
5. Marlon Mack RB
6. Joshua Dobbs QB
7. Josh Augusta DT

Chargers New OL:
Okung-Lamp-Slauson-Feeney-Barksdale
Tuerk will replace Slauson in-season

I am completely on board with you.

this is what I hop happens this off season:

2017 OFF SEASON:

CUT:
FLOWERS
FLUKER
FRANKLIN
DUNLAP
JOHNSON

RESTRUCTURE:

RIVERS
GATES
(SHOULD BE AN EASY SELL AS WE HAVE TO GO ALL IN THIS SEASON WITH GATES PROBABLY IN HIS LAST YEAR, AND THE NEED TO MAKE A STATEMENT IN A NEW MARKET)

SIGN

LEARY
REIFF
TOOMER
SQUARE
WINDT
TONY JEFFERESON
NON-EXCLUSIVE F-TAG: MELVIN INGRAM

DRAFT
TRADE WITH CLEVELAND(WE GET 12 AND 33)

1. RAMCZYK OT
2A. BUDDA BAKER FS
2B. TJ WATT LB
3. ZAY JONES WR
4. JOE MIXON RB
5. DAVIS WEBB QB
6. JEREMY CLARK CB
7.BRYAN COX DE

Russell Okung could be interesting.

Leary is a very intriguing player who will get big money, but might not get top end guaranteed because he has a degenerative knee issue. So the question is how much risk are teams willing to invest in him on the guarantee end.

I love Warford, and wanted the Chargers to select him that year in the draft. Liked him just as much as Cooper and Warmack.

FA could be good for a team like our who need o-line and it's rich especially along the interior.

I think both Russell Okung and Jared Odrick are both worth taking a look at. Okung could be a good addition at LT.

He should be cheap but he's looking to play for a winner. Oakland and NYG look like good fits.
