Rivers does better with tall receivers so he can throw "jump ball" type passes.

Happy birthday, Keenan Allen.

Do you like the present TT got you?

I like Gregg Rosenthal's comparison to VJ and Rivers and now Williams.

"Mike Williams is not the best receiver in the draft after the catch or at creating separation, but he was taken this high because he's strong at the catch point on jump balls. His skill set, highlighted by great body control, is not so different than Vincent Jackson or Malcolm Floyd. They both had great careers with Rivers, who loves trusting his wideouts and giving them a chance to make a play. That's Williams' specialty".

Do we put Allen at the #2 now? Tyrell at the #3? Someone has to always be open now, I expect H.H to have a killer sophomore season. Hopefully in the 4th Quarter this keeps us from kicking FGs.

Not if Williams serves as KA's replacement.

He sure doesn't have the same top speed that VJ or M80 had so I don't think it's a great comparison.

The run on offensive players has pushed some fine defensive players down the board.

I believe we have the OROY here.
How's he gonna be the OROY? Think we got too many guys to throw the ball around to for him to put up those type of numbers.

VJ was a freak. Something to be cloned. They don't come along that often.
