I agree. Memphis is vastly underrated. They play great defense and their bigs will be a lot for Miami to handle. Conley is underrated..If they play the heat I would not be surprise if they win it in 6. They have Prince and Allen as great defenders...and I'm sure Randolph can shut down Bosh...I'm definitely rooting for Memphis to make it and win it all.

i'm in the anyone but the heat boat right now. Marc Gasol is making everybody who cried about the Lakers trade for Pau look really stupid now.

Memphis looks for real in part due to Gasol. The defense they're utilizing isn't overly technical. Just sound smart unselfish team defense. I didn't realize Gasol was defensive player of the year. Watching him against OKC was really refreshing. He blocked a couple of Durant's shots. He'd cement Perkins or Obaka down low and tap offensive rebounds to his teamates for a new 24. Text book boxing out. He doesn't go up for pump fakes, he stays home and would rather alter your shot. Doesn't get into foul trouble. He doesn't wear out. Then on offense if you leave him open from 15 feet away- he'd make the shot. Have Durant, Perkins, or Obaka contest his 15 footers- he makes it in thier face. Double him- he makes the assist. Play tough physical one and one defense- he'll back you down for the and-1. The guy's the best available center left in the playoffs on a team that plays good defense. Imo both the Spurs and Memphis actually match up well against Miami.

Where is Good days at?

He was complaining about the Gasol trade for years...I would always argue how beneficial Trading Gasol away was towards Memphis, which also enabled them to acquire Randolph as well.

He just hates the Lakers and no amount of logic will change his perspective. Remember the "they just need to gel" conversation, regarding the Suns?

I was actually thinking of the owners and a couple of coaches. Goes for CMB posters too but they wouldn't influence Stern the way the others did. So much so that he took the unprecedented action of voiding the CP3 trade.

Congrats to the Spurs. Should be a good old fashioned fundamental series with the Grizzlies.

Great year for the Warriors also. They have a lot to look forward to.
