How do we save Rivers, Mathews, and get back in the play offs next year?

At present, haven’t changed my mind at all from my OP, the only thing that changes is the draft # our trading partner will have. What we need is OL help, once this is taken care of we need CB, OLB, S. We Cannot take care of all our needs with a high # 1 pick. We need at least 5 picks in the first three rounds of the draft. I still think a trade with Houston makes sense if we can get Houston to throw in Ben Jones. If not Houston I would send a letter to all teams with picks 20 thru 25, letting them know we are open for a trade of our #11 pick for their 1-2-3 picks in the up coming draft. Second letter would be to teams in draft order 26 thru 28 we would request their 1-2-3 and a O player that we mutually agree on. Draft order 29 thru 32 would have to give us their 1-2-3 and a starting O player we mutually agree on (elderly or lame players will not be considered ). These letters would be sent after the SB. These would be first come first served basis. Will hold off on draft pick moves until after collage bowl games are over.
