Coaches cant get it done with injured players. Honestly Norv would of done better if injuries werent a factor as much as I hate to say it. They have kept us out of contention every year bc of that.

I feel like I am in "The Twilight Zone"! I have slipped into an alternate dimension where the Chargers have fired everyone responsible for the down grade of this team and replaced them with new fresh blood that wants to win a Championship. This is the first time in a long time that I feel the Charger organization really wants to win.
Tell me it's real!! :-p

except that sitting ont he edge of the playoffs and missing by "1 game" doesnt bode well. In each of the last 3 seasons, i have to ask myself, "would bilicheck or s.payton lost the same games in the same fashion?" In my analysis i realize that there were many cases where we could have won and that coaching does make a difference. And this with this "difference" i can easily believe that we could have found at least 1 more win and made the playoffs. In my conclusion, i came to realize that there is "talent" in coaching much like players and if we had better "talent" at the HC position we would have made it into the playoffs in one (or more) of the last 3 seasons.
