Doesn't look like he is as good as he was under Marty anymore at calling plays.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

The guy apparently hasn't learned from that. How could you not learn from that?

This from the Baltimore Sun after last week's Raven's loss to Steelers:

Rice had only five carries in the second half, including two in the third quarter when Rice ended the quarter with a touchdown run of 34 yards, and had a final carry of 10 yards with 1 minute and 52 seconds remaining.
After that, he never touched the ball again. In the fourth quarter, with a seven-point lead as the quarter began and then tied at 20-20 near the midway point, Rice was out of the game plan.

Opposing teams don't have to find a way to defend Rice. The Ravens do it themselves. Harbaugh and offensive coordinator Cam Cameron were The Steel Curtain. http://articles.baltimoresun.com/201...ens-head-coach

Yesterday Rice got 23 carries. ESPN just put up the stats that when he gets 25 or more, the Ravens are 22-3.

Oh please no not Norv JR, Raven fans claim he's the plague I rather not venture into that territory.

Indeed, especially considering:

Chris Mortensen ‏@mortreport
Jim Caldwell, who replaces Cam Cameron as Ravens' OC, has not called plays since he was a college coach. Left Wake Forest after 2000.

Sure seems like a major "disagreement" must have ensued after that game.

In that case bringing in Cam may be a good idea since he knows our offense and in that case we probably will not be changing it anytime soon.
At some point you have to realize that your NOT going to sell tickets or merchandise by bringing Norv back for another year. Even though not everything is Norv's fault he brings a level of complacency and averageness to the charger team that shouldn't be there. He might be ok in some areas but when it comes to managing an entire organization he can't do it successfully.
