The NFL would like nothing more than for a woman to make an NFL roster. They'd milk it for every single media spot, sound bite, advertisement, endorsement, and dollar they could.

The NFL doesn't need a media circus. It detracts from the sport itself and the actual athletes who who deserve the spotlight. I don't get where you have read or seen that the "NFL would like nothing more than a woman to make an NFL roster". It would make a joke of the sport and i really do not think it would make them more money.

I'll just end with this. I still think that sooner or later, you're going to see a woman make an NFL, MLB or other pro sport roster. Might not be tomorrow, might not be this year ... but it will happen one day.

So by the time a woman makes the NFL it won't actually be NFL anymore? "Safe for everyone" would be a reference to all ages. From little kids to grown men it would be safe for everyone. Girls included but the game of Football is different to the NFL itself.

My entire point was that with the progress that female athletes are making, it is inevitable that there will be women who play in the NFL someday. Same with MLB, and other pro men's sports.

Are males not making the same progress though? Humans are going to improve athletically but we will reach our physical limits soon. No doubt women are faster and stronger than what they were 40 years ago but so are guys. What ever progress women can make physically will be matched by men making the same progress. If anything men would have a higher ceiling to reach than women due to our builds.
