They are saying he's looking for a 1 year contract and then wants to hit free agency again next year. Dont ask me the reasoning behind that. Of course, if he falls in love with they team he plays for, they could do an extension or he could get franchised.

I'm not saying sign him, I just think it's funny that the year we finally switch back to a 4-3, Poe is available in free agency and he's one of the best NT's in the league.

I see your point. Then again J-Wall never really had an expensive contract with us during his prime years as he developed later on in his career. His age kept his contract manageable. I think not too many teams are willing to pay a huge amount on a 3-4 NT even as talented as Poe unlike say 6-7 years ago. Every down pass rushers seem to command the big money.

Also too, Poe has played a lot of football since being a rookie. Only missing 2 games in 5 seasons. I think his body is starting to break down after 200 games of double and triple teams. J-Wall played in 164 games over 12 seasons.

I think you added wrong. Poe has only been in the league 5 years and has played in 78 of a possible 80 career games, not 200. At 26 years old he's in the prime of his career and has a lot of good football left.

Pretty certain it is multiplication he did wrong.....but down there in the States you have new math, so I could be wrong.

Chargers are picking up Verrett's 5th-year option. Solid move.

When healthy, best Chargers corner IVE ever seen.

Doing some research on Gus Bradleys system..

stumbled across this gem... I like the fact he can hold players accountable...

Wait a minute - I think Glendale is on the outskirts of Toronto. You Canuks just don't know your geography.

Multiplication is nothing more than repeated addition... everybody knows that... even Canadians.
