You heard it here first. When it happens give me a friendly
are we hiring rex too?

JAX has similar weather, and PR is a southern boy . . . . .

JAX should have the #3 pick next year . . . .

JAX has some really good WRs to target . . . .

(But do they still love Bortles deep in the back of their minds?)

Okay, now this is really coming together. Part of pitch to Rivers is that JAX is looking for a package: Rivers and Norv.

NYC??

(I don't see Rivers bringing the whole brood to that place -- talk about 180 degrees from the SD environment. . . . )

JAX is southern, AND has nice weather and a nice coast -- just like SD.

Their not gonna trade their best player especially when trying to market their move to a new city.

Forget about it being a bad football move but it would be a beyond awful business move as well.

If you think planning for the future at QB, unloading a ginormous contract at the same time, and gaining another high draft pick would be "beyond awful", well, then, you are just wrong.

But like Chop said, that ship has probably already sailed . . . . .

I've never been to Jacksonville myself, but if it's anything like Orlando it gets a ton of rain and is unbearably hot/humid during the summer. The winters are not as warm as most assume either.

Just sayin'. Not that I think things like that will factor into the decision.

The fact that Jacksonville has pretty much been irrelevant for its entire existence and travels to London each year for at least 1 game may be a much bigger detrerant.

What is the contract situation with Bortles, anyone know ?
