Bottom line is, the players have themselves to blame, and they damn well better play smarter and be more disciplined. Until I see otherwise under a new coach, I still see the same team whose players lack the intelligence and discipline and would continue to disappoint me.
That was true in the Saints game, the first Broncos game and the Baltimore game. We had chances to win the game outright and couldnt get it done. I think alot of our issues were and are due to lack of leadership. But all three of those games had some fishy things happen also and we cant discount that

Default Teams screw ups VS. Bad calls

I have the good fortune of being Eric Weddle's 2nd cousin, Though I have never had the pleasure of meeting him, I know his Father and knew his Grandfather. If the ref's had made the call on the hit on Weddle we would have won the game. The first donkie game was a huge meltdown due to a complete lack of Team Discipline. It was sad and embarrassing to watch. My greatest desire is to see a well disciplined and competent TEAM and Coaching staff in 2013.

The most disappointing play was roughing the passer Melvin on Brees. Half a step and momentum for the whole season was reversed. Instead of an INT our way it was a game changing, season changing TD drive for the Saints. I hope Melvin has a monster sophomore campaign.

No way the saints were losing that one with Brees breaking that record. The refs made sure of that
