Yeah they need stability, they change coaches far too often and that guy only had 1 year and took over a bad team. I do think Crennel got the shaft in KC too soon, KC has a serious lack of talent and that's on the GM not the HC and 1 year is nowhere near long enough.

I saw something on the NFL page this morning that he would interview. Though I can not find it now.

I had just read the article earlier. The video makes me think that he will probably stay at ESPN. I do think the Chargers need a big name to help sell tickets, though.

There were reports last year that Gruden would join AJ to another team. But AJ wasn't fired. Now the Bills have both open seats in GM and HC. I could see both of them going there.

a serious lack of talent? LOL, they have 5 pro bowlers and 2 wins. They have a lack of talent at the most important position, but they should have won more than 2 games. November 12th was the first time they had a lead in a game...let that sink in...November 12th.

Nix didn't get fired, and his Asst has already been named as his future successor
