I don't think Norv is a bad coach. There is a reason Troy Aikman had Turner introduce him into the Hall of Fame. Norv just isn't a strong HC. I'd hird Norv as an OC in a heartbeat or maybe a HC for a college program. But Norv must go as the Bolts HC.
