Ok so apparently La Canfora is reporting that Horton had a "heat exchange" with Steve Keim and ask to be released from his contract. Also is reporting that Horton could end up in Cleveland. Which could you imagine that? Chud HC, Norv OC, Horton DC wow almost as good as our coaching staff

No he's not. Horton wanted out of his contract after the Cardinals decided not to hire him as HC.

Uhh no you forgot the part about Chud's Carolina offense which featured young pro bowler Cam Newton and HOF Steve Smith as well as running weapons like DeAngelo Williams and Jonathon Stewart should have made playoffs easily even if their defense was awful. Then consider that Norv....welll...is Norv.

We have a much better staff than Cleveland even if they get Horton. Its offending to even say otherwise.

Probably because they royally ticked him off since he deserved the job. He's a spectacular coach.

Well, I guess I was wrong. I thought his opportunity as a HC will come next year with all the coaching vacancy getting filled. So much for the Arian to SD and Reid to AZ talk.

Well I got a few few things to say about this. Okay all that crap about Arians was suddenly interested in the Chargers because we hired TT, and he was very happy with his job, and was not looking to take any HC gig, because he was so happy with the Colts, can we just lay on how much BS that is, he just took possibly the worst HC job out there, 3 horrible QB's.

Ray Horton should be pissed, out of all the coaches fired, really not 1 minority hired, not just that, the defense was the only consistently good thing about that team.

Third, why the hell would he hire the Eagles DC, they run a 4-3, arizona is build for a 3-4, if anything go get Rob Ryan, why the hell is Rob even still out of a job, other than his big mouth he is a one of the best 3-4 DC's out there right now.

Fourth, I love Pagano, but if we could get Horton, I would dump Pagano in a second. The only downside to hiring Horton is that he is going to be at the top of the line for a HC position in the next year or two, he is due a shot.

Fifth, the Eagles should now go out and get Lovie Smith to run their 4-3, I know people don't like the tampa 2, but their defense is garbage, and any change would be an improvement.

Doesn't matter what he wanted. If he's under contract, he is there until he is released.

Arians also had him replaced almost immediately, and within a few hours of being named the HC, so you have to believe there were previous talks with Bowles.

Dude hired the OL coach from the Colts to be his "OC" today.

Couple that with a terrible DC, and the toughest division in the league, and I'd say he's got his work cut out for him big time...
