That's what I like to know too. Get my 2006 style jersey down from 3x to L, so that I won't be swimming in it. Then I can get the names and number changed from Merriman and 56 to Tomlinson and 21.

I got tired of Merriman since he didn't take the surgery before the 2008 opener, and the whole Tia Tequila situation.

If it is just a size thing any place that does alterations would be worth looking into. As far as name/number is concerned... that is more specialized and with the alleged closing of the fashion valley sports fever (so I am told but I haven't been there to confirm or deny that)... that is tougher.

I'm aware about the numbers and name thing and know where to go to. It's the tailoring part. A friend of mine told me one time the side areas of the jersey have to be taken out first or something like that.

Other then fashion valley sports feaver who does the numbers and nameplate?

I will keep my eyes out for any places that could tailor a football jersey.

The one in fashion valley is gone. But there's still the place at the Mission Valley mall, and another at Plaza Bonita.

Might be cheaper to just buy a Tomlinson jersey that fits you.

The problem is that it's specifically what I'm looking for.

Navy blue LT Chargers jersey, pre-2007. As in with the white bolt. In a size. 48.

My preference being because I want be reminded of the bullcrap that happened when both AJ and Norv were around.

The only positives ill think of when wearing a Chargers jersey were when Jamal Williams, Seau, and LT made their big contributions on the field. I like them a lot more than others, especially more than Rivers (who I feel deserves to be on the hot seat now), and those are the sole Chargers jersey I'd wear.

You can get that on ebay with a bit of searching. Right now there is the jersey you want listed for $150 OBO (Navy blue, Size 48, Not a knockoff version). Ebay is an awesome place to find old jerseys that aren't in stores anymore. All of my favorite vintage Chargers jerseys were purchased from ebay sellers with the exception of a couple that I purchased from local sellers/collectors.

You could easily spend over $100 doing the alterations then customizing, better off to hunt down an original on ebay (my opinion at least)
