Yea I know but I figure he could be worth the risk if he can avoid that stuff in the future, and talent wise he's probably better than other 7th rounders. He'll probably go UDFA though.

Star falling to us at 11 is very possible and would be BPA. Raiders are a wildcard and can go a number of ways. My guess is they pass on Star and take a pass rusher (think Denver taking Von Miller over Marcell Dareus) or perhaps take best CB in the draft to help counter Peyton's offense. If you really think about it, Raiders are not afraid of Denvers or Chargers running attacks, only KCs. Put pressure on pocket QBs and cover receivers vs. stuffing the run.

I don't think he's in the draft and was looking to transfer. However, let someone else take him, I'm not touching him with a ten foot pole.

I don't see how it is very possible the best/2nd best player is there at 11. Especially since he's a freakish DT... not a G like Warmack.
