I'm a fan of the Oregon Ducks and watched all of their games. Their final game was the bowl game against Kansas State and KS has a fullback that blocks really well. I believe he's a Senior and we could probably nab him in round 5/6. He'd make Matthews a better back. He's about as big as a o-lineman - his name is Wilson. He sure impressed me in that game.

if leach were 1/2 the fullback that LoNeal was, we'd be quite all right.

LoNeal: blocked for an 1000 yard+ RB 11 straight seasons.

And here I thought you were referring to Collin Klein.

Yea my bad I completely misread it. For some reason, I thought LBF was talking about how LoNeal LEFT SD and then sucked.

/\ gotcha....

I wonder if we will see a preference toward the run or the pass from MM (and whisenhunt).

If anything, i would imagine that his pedigree suggests that he'll take a balanced approach, BUT he'll slightly skew toward the run. While he's not moving completely toward ZBS, he has acknowledge it and will be implementing it in some sort next season. It would be hard for me to imagine that a Shannahan Understudy would ignore the run. It would be hard for me to think that a guy who worked with K.Moreno and Tebow would ignore the run....

At the same time, TT has mentioned a philosophy that pushes toward "football players with a passion to play." I'd assume that this would lead toward a physical run game in some aspect....
