Could be norv, he has the 2nd worst one score game record in NFL history behind vermeil. Could be Rivers, he seems out of sorts in these situations since the jets playoff game in 2009. Probably a combination of the 2 of them.

we used to have an effective offense between the 20's. The red zone has been middle of the pack since Norv got here.

I wouldn't call it great. We built up good stats in blow outs but as you note we're horrible in close games and the anti-clutch if there ever was one.

NOt sure if he was right but on the radio they said Rivers is 0 of his last 13 on 4th quarter drives to win the game. I guess now he is 0-14. NOT a good stat. This year we have let many teams come back on us and still we had one drive, usually all timeouts, to possibly tie/win and we haven't converted once.
