We are just a ****ty football team. Had high hopes for the year but definitely those hopes have been squashed already and it's only week 3.

Our trenches are absolutely terrible. TT's seat is warming. He's had 3 years to build the trenches and they are even worse than before. He trades away draft picks every year and at least a few of his selections are huge reaches every year. McCoy, Reich, and Joe D's seats are already on fire. They should already be canned to be honest.
When Rivers had time, the offense moved. The defense played fine overall considering how many times we punted. Had the OL been healthy, there's every chance we win that game.

If this was poker I would say the rest of the table has you on tilt.

They're not good, but to act as though there's been no drop off from the healthy line in week one and what we saw the last couple weeks is completely off base.

You know what's off base? Pretending that the drop off from not good to poor would have resulted in wins in Cincy and Minnesota.

I know I heard the same thing from Sproles when he went to the Saints, that they really focus on it, much more than San Diego ever did.

I think this is a huge problem with the Chargers and a good reason why the team always looks soft and player drop like fly's.

I didn't hear either of them talk about strength and conditioning per se. Sproles said they practiced "faster" at NO and Mathews said he paid more attention to hydration at Philly.

Whatev. They both had big days yesterday for the Eagles

Why? We lost by 5 in Cincinnati when Rivers was under siege all game and Gordon was getting hit in the backfield half the time. And Rivers was doing great all game yesterday when he had even a modicum of protection. It's easy to see how the results would have been different had the line protected even just to the level of week one.

No use discussing what PR could/would have done with a better O line.
Fact is right now we don't have an offense and it's due to the O line, or lack of one.

We also have huge issues with our front seven on D and now 3/4 of our starting DBs are injured.
