TB does not look like the guy he was in Cleveland. He played scared in traffic.

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Travis Benjamin underwent arthroscopic surgery last week on his right knee, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan on Tuesday.

Caplan added that Benjamin has been dealing with a Grade 2 PCL sprain for "several weeks." A timetable for a possible return to football activities has not been disclosed yet.

Benjamin enjoyed a solid first season with the Chargers, which signed him in the offseason after his breakout 2015 campaign as a member of the Cleveland Browns. His presence was especially vital when top target Keenan Allen went down in September with a torn ACL.

The 27-year-old Miami product remained mostly durable in recent years, playing in all 32 regular-season games across his last two years in Cleveland. He did battle through those lingering knee problems that caused him to miss some time this year.

Regardless, he was still able to accrue 677 yards and four touchdowns on 47 receptions as a lower option behind Tyrell Williams, Dontrelle Inman and tight end Antonio Gates.

I give Travis credit for toughing it out. It was obvious he wasn't 100%

Good luck on your recovery TB.

can we please just have KA, Benjamin, Williams, Inman, Henry, Woodhead, Gordon, Gates just healthy at the same time...could be such a dominant offense.

we need to take a page out of the Chiefs playbook and use Travis the way they use Tyreek Hill. TB is one of the fastest guys in the league and we oughta use that advantage.

TB is no where near as quick as T. Hill. Hill looks like the fastes player I've ever seen. He looks faster than Hester did in his day.

Hill is also built unlike Benjamin who looks like he needs to eat a lot of peanut butter and jelly. Benjamin got paid, and now does not want to go across the middle of the field. He is a one trick deep ball pony.

I'm curious to see the effect Lynn has on players like TB. No more tissues on the sidelines or between the lines.
