Default In my dreams

OT - Clady, Bushrod, Long, Vollmer
If they can add just one of the above players along with Eric Fisher at #11
As well as;
Byrd - S
Barwin -OLB
Shields - CB
Trade for Revis -CB

If we get Clady, Bushrod, Long or Vollmer, do we really need to draft Fisher?
Your other wants sound good except for Revis.
I wouldnt pay the Jets what they want for him and I wouldnt want him anyway.
He seems like he would be another locker room cancer wanting more money then God and holding out till he gets what he wants.
No thanks to Revis

Does anyone know our cap room for 2013? Including most likely cap casualties and such ?

Cap room cannot be calculated at this time. Facts you should know.
The Chargers have 19 FAs and 5 RFAs to consider. Currently the Chargers have 45 guys signed for next year at a cost of around $90M (does not include the above guys). However some of these guys will be released. Any cap info for the Chargers or any team at this time is nonsense.

If your interested in cap hits for the 45 guys that info can be gotten. The interesting ones are of course the vets like PR, Gates etc. as those will cost the most.

I think maybe PR and Gates will be willing to restructure to win. Who knows if its possible though.

Well this isn't baseball and we aren't the yankees or the dodgers. There is a salary cap, and all of those players except barwin and shields will command near 10mil a year. Barwin will be 5-6, shields prob. 3-4 or so. Also, we would have to resign revis to a mega-deal that he will no doubt command, making this scenario impossible.

Maybe if no cap existed and we were the Dodgers....

Byrd will get a Weddle deal, Barwin will want a premium deal, Clady/Long are both seeking gigantic contracts, Bushrod is a LT and knows he can get a good deal, Vollmer wants a big deal, Revis costs 6 million just this year + premium picks/players.

Not to mention his contract will expire and he will command an enormous salary, as he is the best defensive player in the league(assuming he makes a full recovery)

What do you guys think about Aqib Talib? Might be a solid option for a #1 corner.

I would pass on him because I think he comes with the risk of off field issues. Not something the front office would pay for
