As the day approaches in 2005, this thread will hopefully be the cornerstone of how we feel about Eli Manning and his pending visit and exit from the clutches of the San Diego Chargers in 2005.

Paidaton ... sometimes the best thing a big brother can do is let his little brother get the crap beat out of him. It's part of the learning curve.

Squeali ... have fun getting smashed into the turf by every single opponent you're going to face for the next year. Thanks for sparing us the embarassment of having to start your pathetic self as our QB. The Chargers certainly didn't need you. Make sure that every time a D-linemen drives your face into the turf, you roll your eyes towards the stands, and say 'Thanks Dad!'. Worst of luck in your career.

And to the whole Manning family ... YOU SUCK!!! People like you are everything that is wrong with the NFL these days. Thanks for nothing!

i am a colts fan,but what the mannings pulled in the draft was friggin' wrong.that picture of "eli santa " is just great!!!mind if i pass it around? let me be the 1st colts fan on this or any site to exclaim:

I'm sure noone is going to mind you passing that picture around. It has been our pleasure to watch him get pummeled, smashed, intercepted, sacked, and beaten down since his first start. Karma will find you, no matter where you try to run to. Even to the opposite side of the country.

it is sad to see archie try to live through his sons,he was never that good in the first place.
you all should be thankful that the trade went down the way it did though, rivers is far better than eli,even on a bad day.n.y. bought the prestige of getting a #1 pick,thats all. #1 picks , more often than not turn out to be a big bust>jeff george for indy is a great example.n.y. could have spent that money in better places,such as defense or stronger coffee to wake themselves up with. i see eli getting traded in year three,and ending up playing for more than 4 teams before his career is over.
