Interesting that a civil action has been filed yet nothing filed in the way of any criminal chargers by the county of S.D. or the Poway Sheriff's department who I guess end up with jurisdiction in this case.

The female was charged and arraigned in very short order does anyone remember her name and the out come of her case?

FYI, There is no "Poway Sheriff's Department". It is the San Diego County Sheriff's Department who has substations in several cities including Poway. I would think the criminal charges would be filed by the San Diego County DA's office, unless there were crimes committed in the cities jurisdiction.
