I'm going with Merriman...i think Merriman is way too nimble for Mr Olshansky.

I can never figure out why home fans yell when the charger offense is going to line up on the line of scrimmage. Simply ignorant.

The Biggest Window was wide open in 2006- 14-2 and the #1 seed- And the three stooges that day (Parker, DFlo, and McCree) among others that day closed it for us and Marty was the sacrificial lamb.

The second biggest window was in January 2010 -Same thing, insert three or more new stooges- Cro, VJ, Gates, Weddle, Nate, and more

It's simple- the fans get jazzed because we have a killer offense and they paid $50 a pop to make some noise... not sit on their hands. Is it smart? Does it help our team? No and no... but it isn't going to change. We line up at first and goal and you aren't going to hear any crickets!!!

BTW, Igor would kill Merriman IMHO.

People may start to get the picture if enough season tix holders and people who understand about crowd noise educate those around them in a nice way...not with a "shut the **** up, our offense in on the field A-hole!"
