AJ...I am normally in his corner, but this is going to kill his career...I guess GM's in SD have a traditionally short shelf life.

Remember Surfer Bobby got the Chargers into the SB by 1994 [after taking over as GM in 1990]...then he began making mistake after mistake after mistake...AJ has had his 4 years and his hiring of NORV is going to haunt us.

Well it seems Turner is doing it again. I asked the same question when they signed him, "Why?". Franchise killer.

Lose Norv... a big part of the reason he was brought in is because he is supposed to be a quarterback guru; and he would help take Rivers to the next level... well, Rivers has never looked worse, and because he is faring so poorly, the passing game is non existent and defenses just have to stack the box and stop the running game.

Norv is hurting this team badly. He has not helped Rivers one iota, the play calling is awful, and the team seems to have no motivation or energy under his leadership.

Norv needs to go and he can take Cottrel with him on his way out the door.
