Default I'm Pissed!

I got a job at Hollister because they wanted me to work for them. And I got orientation Sunday morning at 9:00am for "About 1-1 1/2 hours." We all know that means 2 1/2 hours. That means I have to miss part of the playoff game, and then I have to walk over to Oggies Pizza across from the mall to catch the second half because I have no car at the moment. Out of all days...

And then to top it all off they probably won't let me into the bar area where the big TV is because I'm not 21 yet.

I hate the Broncos not because of their players, but because of their moronic fans.

There's no other solution except to quit your job. I think it's worth it.

Record the game.
Go somewhere where there is no chance to hear about the game after the work thing.
If you don’t live alone, make sure the other people in the house know what is going on.
Go home and watch it.
Don’t answer any phones or doorbells or knocks on the door until the game is over.
Turn down the volume on all answering machines or disconect them.

Make sure you set the recording for at least 4 hours.
And other stuff that I cannot foresee at the moment.
Or call in sick on your first day.

The solution to this problem is simple.....

Im sure if we took a vote on the forum the overwhelming response would be......

SCREW THE ORIENTATION !!!!!!!!

If it is absolutely essential that you attend, then....go with Jubi's idea.

Now is when the first time Grandma dies. But remember, you will still have 1 Grandma AND 2 Grandpas left. Choose wisely.
