Pretty psyched about this one! Got this Stan Musial signed baseball back in the mail today for free (c/o the 'Stan the Man') address. He usually doesn't sign for free through the mail. I sent this ball to him about 2 weeks ago along with the Feb. copy of Autograph Magazine. I had an article published in that issue which talks about properly preserving your autograph collection, and in it I mentioned how I got a baseball signed by Musial back in 1999 and how it became my first major victim of sun damage. It's faded so bad over the years that you can barely tell there was ever even an autograph on it. Anyway, I offered for Stan to keep the copy of the magazine for his own enjoyment and asked if he would be kind enough to replace the damaged ball by signing this new one for me. It worked! Came with a COA from 'Stan the Man, Inc.' as well...

Congrats Loumud on the Musial baseball! His signature looks really good considering Mr. Musial's age.

Now how does a fellow threader get a copy of the February issue of Autograph Magazine? Do you happen to have a spare one lying around for me? I have a very rare piece of sports memorabilia that I'm expecting to get any day now. I want to make sure I take every step in properly preserving all the autographs on it for as long as possible since the item will definitely appreciate over time.

Please let me know.

Thanks!
