This is what it comes down to in a simple way.


Norv Turner is good with talented teams.

Give him a talented team, 07,08,09 and he can win games and give us a chance in the post season.

Give him the team he has had last year and this year, and he won't succeed. Maybe we need to build a team like the 06 team.

History shows that Norv is good enough to get into the post season with a good team.

It seems to me like people expect Norv to over achieve with just an mediocre team. Because, Norv has shown that he can win with good teams. This reverts back to the G.M who didn't put together a team that can meet expectations, nor over achieve.

For some reasons, these fans look past this fact. If Norv Turner inherited Martys team, why not build another team like Martys?

Lets see. We don't have Wade Phillips. Start with that. Build something good from the ground up.

Some of your posts seem so naive to the NFL or football in general... Do you think it is easy to build a team that Norv inherited? It doesn't happen overnight. I'm sure you know that, but you imply otherwise.

Any coach in the NFL could be "GOOD" with a talented team, not any joe schmo can coach at that level.

Why waste another good team on a HC that can't get it done with a good team!!??
