Default Charger colors?

Hey whats up fellas, Mods please move if in the wrong forum, I am customizing an old old Old beach cruiser and wanted to paint it a Chargers theme. What are the actual names of the colors we use? I know we have collegiate Blue, but what about our new colors, Are they just plain jane navy and gold? anyways, thanks in advance fellas, and any color schemes would be appreciated!

If you go to Home Depot, they actually sell NFL team colors of paint.

Yup. Good looking stuff, too. They have colors for all 32 teams.

I heard the blue is the same blue as used on the Greek flag, but I hear a lot of things.

Get the chart from home depot, then take it to a shop that mixes paints for cars. They should be able to get it close enough that no one will notice. We are talking to different types of surface, so colors may very. Lowes can't match Home Depot paint and vice a versa.

Post a pic when your project is done so we can all check it out.

Actually, most paint stores have optical scanners now that can read chips of paint, or color samples.

Most big hardware stores, and paint stores have them now. Pretty cool. You just put in a paint chip or other color sample, and it'll tell the operator how to mix it up so it's a perfect match.

Painting my man room in Bolts colors this summer, just have not figured out the scheme yet. Plus the wifey says I can get the astro turf carpet that looks like a field for it!

Another thing with getting paint at Home Depot. They will sell you sample sizes that I think are 8 ozs., but I'm not sure you can get them in different glosses or different type applications (interior vs. exterior). It may be worth checking if you don't need much of one color. Paint is getting spendy and it may save you a couple of bucks.

I've used the Home Depot colors and they are pretty nice. Here's a display stand for my bow that I made that shows the colors.

Hope that helps out a little.
