I think Manning will be a Titan. Bud Adams is in his 90's. It wouldn't surprise me a bit to see him engineer a sale of the Titans to the Manning family.

And you know the league would approve it in a minute.

It is probably inevitable that he will be a Titan (sorry Hasselbeck and Locker).

He gets to stick it to the Colts twice per year, and I think he may have some sort of connection to the the state of Tennessee

I don't know about the whole sale of the team to the Manning family thing, but it seems they are offering a peice of ownership along with the contract. This could be the holdup...

Adams said he would make Manning a "Titan for life". Says he wants Manning to be with the organization for "the rest of his working life."

Like I said, it would not surprise me in the least to see Peyton Manning/Manning family own that team in the future.
