League Security, Phone records, etc.

Loomis will be risking a Williams suspension if caught violating the terms. Not a good thing to put on one's job resume if they wish to be employed as a GM in the future.

I definatly think that Loomis' suspension isn't as big of a deal as Payton's, but I think he'd (for the most part) trust his assistant GM than risk further penalties.

Then again he was notified in 2009 to stop the bounties and reports are that they had a bounty on Cam Newton, so he's obviously not the most honorable guy.

A mob boss in jail has nothing to lose.

Once again, will Loomis be willing to risk it?

All it takes is one guy whom Loomis rubbed the wrong way in the front office who stands to gain from Loomis getting axed and facing an indefinite suspension to put his livelihood into jeopardy.

Since Loomis was stupid enough to allow the bounties to continue after being ordered to stop them, maybe he's stupid enough to throw away his entire career.

I agree that Loomis would be stupid to do anything that could violate the terms. But without knowing the precise terms, it's speculation.

Obviously we can assume no presence at the facility. No contact with anyone from the team? But how is that monitored?
