Default Another Ram suspended for PED's

St. Louis Rams running back Isaiah Pead has been suspended without pay for the season opener for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

The 5-foot-11, 200-pound second-round draft pick played in 15 games in his rookie season, carrying 10 times for 54 yards. He's expected to challenge for more carries with Steven Jackson now playing for Atlanta.

The Rams announced the suspension Friday. Pead is eligible to take part in all offseason and preseason practices and games.

Pead is the second Rams player suspended for violating the substance abuse policy. On May 22, second-year offensive lineman Rokevious Watkins was given the same penalty.

This is so crazy, Seahawks and Rams using PEDs to try to compete with each other, it reminds me of the old days when teams were using anabolics. And no one getting busted in San Franscisco? Interesting...

I'm shocked this is happening on the Rams team, seeing how Jeff Fisher is such a stand up, high character guy.

Are they going to change the NFC west to NFC PED users? Rams and Seahawks.... Holy hell.
