Just gonna keep it short and back to basics – here’s a list of players of draft interest to watch… Happy Thanksgiving…

West Virginia (8-2) v Pittsburgh (6-3) Thurs 4:45 ESPN
West Virginia - Adam "Pac Man" Jones CB/KR, 5-10 190, leads the team in tackles and interceptions… is lightening fast and is all over the field…Chris Henry WR, 6-5 200, there might not be a better pure deep threat in college football, and there might not be a better scorer… he needs to step it up though, time is running out…
Pitt - Rob Petitti LOT, 6-6 330, I was impressed when I saw him play BC, a solid LOT…Vince Crochunis NT, 6-4 290, a third year starting nose tackle with good size and skill…

LSU (8-2) v Arkansas (5-5) Fri 11:30 CBS
LSU - Andrew Whitworth LOT, 6-7 325, IMO not in the same league as some of the other guys… wonder what Hudson thinks… Marcus Spears DE, 6-4 297, most folks like this guy for our pick, but it’s likely he’ll be gone by the time we draft…IMO, plays well against lesser competition, but I haven’t heard his name called against the better teams in the SEC…(yea, I can hear your boos)… he “should” have a good day against the 5-5 ‘backs… Corey Webster CB, 6-0, 201, has not had a great year, but still a serious prospect…

Texas (9-1) v Texas Tech (6-4) Fri 12:30 ABC
Texas - Jon Scott LOT, 6-7 305, his advantage - can play both G and T – he could move into the drafts first day… Rodrique Wright DT, 6-5 330, yea baby – Jamals protégé, I hope… Derrick Johnson OLB, 6-4 230, EVERYONES #1 pick (well top 5 anyway)…
Texas Tech - Dylan Gandy G, 6-3 300, plays both G spots and Center, doesn’t give up many sacks … Adell Duckett DE, 6-4 271, the single season record holder at Tech for most DL stats…

Game of the Week - Virginia (8-2) v Virginia Tech (8-2) Sat 10:00 ABC
Virginia - Elton Brown, G, 6-6 340, top G in the nation, Lombardi & Outland Trophy candidate, already selected for the East/West All-Star Shrine game… Ahmad Brooks LB, 6-4 250, apparently he’s being looked upon as a first rounder in some circles… Darryl Blackstock OLB, 6-4 240, I just love this guy, perfect for our 3-4… had a season high 6 tackles, four TfL last week - an extremely fast and agile OLB… Heath Miller TE, 6-5 255, the #1 TE in the nation… D'Brickashaw Ferguson LOT, 6-5 295, a decent tackle… Chris Canty DE, 6-7 290, oops, how’d he sneak in here… Kwakou Robinson DE, 6-4, 327, has gotten more pub since Canty went down… check out this 3-4, these LB’s are great…
Va Tech - Darryl Tapp DE, 6-1 265, a tweener candidate… Vincent Fuller FS/CB, 6-1 190, started at FS, moved to CB for 2 yrs, now back at FS… Has outstanding speed and range - hmmm, gonna take a look…

Notre Dame (6-4) v USC (10-0) Sat 5:00 ABC
ND - Justin Tuck DE, 6-5 239, light.but a speedy pass rushing specialist…
SC - Shaun Cody DT, 6-4 285, an All-American candidate, a fourth year starter… Mike Patterson NT, 6-0 285, plays surprisingly strong for his size… Darnell Bing (3So) SS, 6-2 220, has all the tools to be great…

Enjoy!!!
