This one appears to be true.

WTAM Cleveland radio just confirmed Joe Jurevicious to the Browns for a 4 year deal.

This might be a mistake and may just be the punter.

Givens may or may not have beaten out Parker for the 2 spot, so don't worry about it. There are plently more options for the Bolts.

Yes, it looks like they are and have been pulled from the Browns' site.

Isn't that tampering if you sign a contrat that quick into the free agency time period. No way that happens so fast.

Don't get too upset over Givens. New England's offense is a well oiled machine, and it is MY OPINION that their WRs are beneficiaries of that. Look what happened to Patten when he went to Washington..

if its true, than that is one less guy to worry about. He would be good, but hes not going to be our Moss or TO. We need someone like that, maybe javon walker?

I think Givens has big upside and would fit the SD offense perhaps better than he did in NE. Although Moulds would be a better immediate upgrade, Givens youth will help us better in the long run, which appears where AJ is putting his money -- the post-Marty Rivers era.

Not to take this off subject, but now youre thinking Marty is gone too? I dont think so. Brees appears to be gone, but Marty not yet.

Givens would be an upgrade, but the consensus is O-Line and Safeties. The Offense can hang with or without Drew.

Givens and taken away: The first weird free-agency report of the night came from Cleveland, when the team's Web site reportedly signed Patriots wide receiver David Givens (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=6115) and Ravens punter Dave Zastudil (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=5998). The only problem was it wasn't true.

Now, Given's isn't even going to visit Cleveland. Givens will be in Miami Saturday and will go to the Houston Texans (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=hou) on Sunday. The price tag for Givens went up above where the Browns wanted to pay.

Givens' agent, Brad Blank, theorized that someone hacked into the Browns' computer, which is what accounted for the mistake.

It's not that the FA are picking the Browns over us, they are putting up a lot of money to do this. But it does suck that it seems like everyone is following off the FA board...

That is true, but it looks like that news was proven to be false. Either way, the Browns are a team that are wasting no time in making moves to improve their team....and it isnt like the Bolts arent in better shape to make those moves too.

Time is telling!

I was hoping we'd get Givens too, I don't know if he's scheduled to visit here at all but he is a good receiver regardless of how good the offense is in NE he does make some great catches.

Please list those options for us, bentely is gone, givens is gone, who is a top FA that aj is going to actually spend money on? We are going to have the same type of off season as last year, sign a player like Jue (McCree) and hope we can have a better record. With the team we have now plus a player like McCree we are at best 9-7. Plus this off season AJ got rid of our pro bowl QB!
