Ok, he's a little older than Foley and I wouldn't want to bench him but with him and Boulware alternating series with Phillips on passing downs it would be hard for offenses to contend with.

It also appears the OT Orlando Brown will be released. He's 35 but he can play any of the OL positions including LT which he did before Ogden was drafted.

For a guy who has no need for money after his $25 million settlement over his eye, I like this attitue:
""I always said that the day I didn't want to hit somebody and I couldn't move that I would quit," he said. "I still feel good and I still want to hit somebody."

Shouldn't the title be "former" Pro Bowl OLB Peter Boulware?

He's battled injuries for the last few years (he missed the entire 2004 season and did not play in 9 games in 2005) and only had 9 tackles in 2005 when he did play.

This is a guy on his way out of the NFO IMO. If he had any tread left on the tires, he'd still be playing on the Ravens.

I want ILB. we need to get some replacements for Godfrey and Edwards. Wilhelm is a good back up and potential starter. Cooper I'm not too impressed with but we sure could use one in the draft.

Boulware has been a very good OLB and under other circumstances, I'd be excited about him being a FA. However, he is old, coming off injuries and we just don't have a place to play him. I wouldn't want him taking snaps from Foley, Merriman and Phillips.

Only if he has secret powers to play OLT:D , otherwise I wouldn't even look at him
