View Full Version : Turkey Day: Chiefs or Donkeys. Who will u be rooting for????

LA Chargers '07

Thankfully I'll be at my parents house who still have NFL Network and will be watching this game closely. Thje question is, who will u be rooting for????

A loss by KC should get them out of the playoff picture for the most part. But who can resist another Donkey loss???? I'm gonna be goin for the Chiefs in hopes that our game against the Donkos coming up will seal our Championship of the AFC West!!!

Who do u want to see win???

chefs win and they are both 7-4 and with a win over the faiders it makes us 9-2 with a two game cushion.

We would be 3-1 in the division and have a game up over the Donks who would be 3-2. But the chefs would be 3-1 in the division as well. We get both them at home though later.

I like the 2 game cushion. I'll spit out a.......go chefs.

As long as we keep winning, I could care less. Then again, I would like to see a certain Donk player get a beat down.

You have to root for.....the Donks to lose. Never root for a Cook win!

Their are advantages to both, so we really cant go wrong. A chiefs win means a 2 game lead on both of them. A denver win will probably knock the chiefs out of the picture division and wild card, which is good forus because they beat us and we hold the tiebreaker vs. Denver, but as for now i am rooting for the chiefs with the belief that we will beat both of the at home in december.

Definitely will be rooting for the Broncos to lose seeing that it will put us in a better position to win the AFC West where the road to the Superbowl begins.

chiefs, but i know that if denver loses and if plummer plays bad, they will put in cutler for week 13 (because denver will have a 10 day rest to prepare him with the first team, and because their week 13 game is a showcase sunday night game vs the seahawks.

Definitely Kansas City.. Then the standings will read:

Chargers: 9-2
Chiefs: 7-4
Broncos: 7-4
Raiders: 2-9

Not baaaaaddddd..... 2 game lead.

I am a Chief fanatic this weekend for a couple of reasons:

1. If Denver loses, they will have two AFC West losses
2. It will put the Donkies back by 2 games (seeings that we will pound the Raiders on Sunday)

A two game lead with another winnable game next week would set the whole tone the rest of the season. 2 up with 5 to play would be sweet.

Who cares who wins. Neither can touch us!!!
I'm rooting for one of the Chiefs D-line to take Nalen out!!!

Who do you guys want to win? i'm thinking KC, but LJ not to have too many yards so LT can overtake him.

kc, but plummer to have a good game so they don't bring in cutler yet

best case scenario, plummer has a great game, and the broncos defense loses the game for them, specifically champ bailey (that would be sweet)

I don't care who wins, because like I've said all along, if the Bolts take care of buisness it won't matter. I'm just rooting for an ineffective LJ (although I think he will get 100 yards on about 30 carries) and an ugly game for Plummer.

On the subject of Plummer-Cutler, I heard on NFL Network (sorry no link), that Cutler has a good chance of starting AFTER the KC game.

Since Rat face is pulling the plug on Jake the Fake after this game, it will be very interesting to see how he performs.

On the subject of Plummer-Cutler, I heard on NFL Network (sorry no link), that Cutler has a good chance of starting AFTER the KC game.

As long as the donks have a shot at the PO's Plummer will stay behind center. Even if they lose at KC, to throw Cultler in there is saying "we conceed this year". No way Shanny does that. Do I expect to see Cutler play? Yes he get somewhere. Only late in the season.

Thank you Chiefs. Happy Thanksgiving for us. A loss by Denver coupled with our forthcoming win against the Raiturds means a 2 game lead in the division. I would have to say that it is time for KC and Denver to waive the white flag because our schedule from here on out will only feature one possible loss maybe two. That will be good enough to win the division and force at least a first round game at the Q.

Chiefs are a scary team. I think they are the only team that can give the chargers a challange atm. I have been worried about them since they beat us earlier in the season

The Bronco loss benefited San Diego much more than if the Chiefs would have lost, so this is kind of a no brainer.

I work at a radio station in Michigan, and noticed that before the Broncos-Chiefs game Thursday night the Associated Press sent out their "sportsminute" sports news summary with a story that said that if KC won, they'd move into first place in their division. Needless to say, I quickly e-mailed the AP and pointed out their mistake.

Go Bolts!
