Sorry if this is in the wrong place, move as necessary.

I read on Marty1090's twitter a mention that if there's a lockout, the team web site gets shut down too. Am I reading this wrong, missing sarcasm, etc.??

She's probably referring to an article today on profootballtalk.com (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/02/28/lockout-would-tie-up-team-websites/)

Speculation at this point. We certainly don't know anything about it.

Apparently players can request that their pictures get taken down. Shutting down the website altogether? I doubt it.

Correct CT. If you read the article, it is very clear that this would not affect the CMB.

The chargers.com website may be affected, but to what extent as far as photos and player links, is not yet known.

Yellow journalism is yellow journalism, though one can still read through it, if one tries.

LINK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow_journalism)

Yellow journalism or the yellow press is a type of journalism that presents little or no legitimate well-researched news and instead uses eye-catching headlines to sell more newspapers. Techniques may include exaggerations of news events, scandal-mongering, or sensationalism. By extension "Yellow Journalism" is used today as a pejorative to decry any journalism that treats news in an unprofessional or unethical fashion.

Brilliant Mod move.

Say it's all rumors and that you don't know anything, then BAM.
Lights Out for the CMB.
:LightsOut:

Near genius post, if I may say so.
