Yeah, the running joke was that with his 40 time the Raiders would probably take him. A 3rd is pretty high for a project player. Word is he may not have been truthful with his claim to be willing to play other positions than QB. May have been a ploy to get drafted higher. We'll see. Odds of him being a quality NFL QB are slim.

Who will mourn more when Big Al finally retires/passes--Raiders fans, or the rest of the AFC West?

Does Al Davis play Madden or something? Why does he think selecting the fastest players will win the SB???

I guess long live Al Davis!!!

But, but, but ...

Mikey Silver has the Raiders being the AFC representative in the February 2012 Super Bowl, so they don't need no stinkin' draft choices in April 2012!!!

Their new head coach - you know, the one whom has never been a head coach at any level - is going to lead the Raiduhs once again to greatness!!!

Slam dunk guarantee!!!! :layup

Yeah I had seen that too, it HAS to be tongue in cheek. He's just trying to drive up traffic to whatever site he works for by being controversial. There's no other logical explaination for that predicition.

I'm looking at the Raider forums and they don't seem too excited. They are excited about the prospect of having rid of Boller. They hate Boller.

I have a couple of friends who are Raiduh fans and I can promise you that they will be dancing in the streets when that crazy old fart finally kicks it.

Out of curiosity I wonder who the power of the team will go to when/if he does finally pass?

I would assume it would go to his estate who would probably sell it, I bet the group in LA would pay $$$$$$$$$ for it.

Its funny cause if the Patriots would have drafted Pryor with a 3rd pick the media and everybody else would be saying "Good move Bill will develop him into a good QB right behind Tom Brady".

I have no problem with Pryor he just better be ready to work and I know he isn't Russell thank gosh. And you guys seem to forget we lost Asomugha, Miller, Gallery, Howard, Gradkowski so we have some comp picks coming our way and I'm sure Asomugha and Miller will bring us a 3rd rounder back. The pick we used to get Jason Campbell is conditional and the Redskins only get the pick IF we make the playoffs or Campbell make the pro-bowl so its not as bad as some may think.

Nobody would agree with any team giving up a 3rd for him.

Also the Patriots would have drafted him to become a WR, not a QB.

Personally as a Charger fan I love this move by the Raiders :)

Al Davis and Moammar Gadaffi have had similar tenures in management...

Wonder why Terrelle Pryor made so many on-, off-field bad decisions at #Ohio (http://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%23Ohio) State?

He scored 7 on Wonderlic IQ test. Yes, 7. Al Davis' QB.

I forget who I saw tweet it, but JaMarcus scored a 24 so that might be a good thing ;)

Vince Young got a 7 as well. However, they allowed him to do a "makeup".

The Wonderlic is very limited in use because it doesn't measure motivation and desire to be a football player (prime example, JaMarcus Russell and Cryin' Ryan who scored a 27), but 7 is never a good thing. ;)
